HOUSTON, March 07, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Archrock, Inc. (NYSE: AROC) (“Archrock”) today announced that Archrock Partners, L.P. (“Archrock Partners”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Archrock, intends to redeem all $350 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 6.000% senior notes due 2021 (CUSIP No. 30227CAB3) (the “Called Notes”).  The redemption is conditioned upon the consummation of Archrock Partners’ previously announced offer and sale of $500 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2027 (the “Notes” and such offering, the “Notes Offering”), which is expected to close on March 21, 2019, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.  Archrock Partners Finance Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Archrock Partners, is the co-issuer of the Called Notes and the Notes.

The redemption date for the Called Notes is expected to be April 5, 2019 (the “Redemption Date”).  The redemption price on the Redemption Date will equal 100% of the principal amount of the Called Notes to be redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but not including, the Redemption Date. 

Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee and paying agent, today distributed a notice of redemption to all registered holders of the Notes.
