JSC Olainfarm separates itself from the statements made by the former member of the Council of the JSC Olainfarm, Signe Baldere - Sildedze, about sham transactions in the company.

JSC Olainfarm informs that no sham transactions, indicated by the former council member Signes Balderes – Sildedze, have taken the place and invites Signe Baldere- Sildedze to submit information at her possession to JSC “Olainfarm” for further investigation.

JSC Olainfarm emphasizes that the company has at hand only information regarding unfair transactions as made publicly available by the media and, if the former Council member Baldere - Sildedze does not provide evidence to the company, it will be considered to be undermining of reputation and deliberate damage to Joint Stock Company Olainfarm and it’s shareholders.

Simultaneously the company informs that one of the members of JSC Olainfarm council at the end of February has turned to the law enforcement and security authorities with the request to evaluate and initiate examination regarding possible criminal offenses, misuse of official powers and possible corruption by the public officials. Management of JSC Olainfarm hopes that the facts mentioned in this request are investigated and evaluated.
