Kvika banki hf. will hold a commercial paper offering Wednesday 20 March 2019.
The 6-month series KVB 19 0919 will be offered to investors in the nominal amount ISK 2,000 million. The auction will be structured as a single-price auction, which means that all accepted bids will be sold to investors at the same price. The lowest accepted price (highest yield) will determine the selling price. The commercial paper is issued in ISK 20 million denominations and will be listed on Nasdaq Iceland. The auction will be managed by Kvika banki‘s Capital Markets division. Offers shall be submitted before 16:00 on Wednesday 20 March. Payment and settlement date is 21 March 2019.
