GOLDEN, Colo., March 12, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today ANGI Homeservices (NASDAQ: ANGI) announced the promotion of Jamie Cohen, Executive Vice President of Finance and Accounting, to Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Ms. Cohen will report to Chief Executive Officer Brandon Ridenour.

As Executive Vice President at IAC’s HomeAdvisor, Ms. Cohen played an instrumental role in the 2017 acquisition of Angie’s List and its combination with HomeAdvisor to form ANGI Homeservices, the leader in home services and the tenth publicly-traded company to emerge from IAC. Since then, Ms. Cohen has built and overseen all finance operations at ANGI Homeservices while leading its recent acquisitions of Handy and Fixd Repair.
