Correction: Scatec Solar ASA - Employee Share Purchase Programme 2019


Reason for correction: Primary insiders' subsctiptions and number of shares held by primary insiders updated in attachment.

14 March 2019: As announced on 1 March 2019, Scatec Solar offered participants the opportunity to purchase shares with a subscription value of between NOK 15,000 and NOK 76,250.

The subscription period was from 7 March to 13 March 2019. The shares will be allocated to employees on or about 25 March 2019. Please see attachment for an overview of the primary insiders whom have subscribed for shares in Scatec Solar ASA as per end of the subscription period.

The purchase price and the number of shares acquired by the primary insiders, as well as their updated shareholdings, will be notified the Oslo Stock Exchange following the determination of price per share and allocation of shares.
