NEW YORK, March 14, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WealthManagement.com, the leading digital resource for wealth management professionals, has announced the call for nominations for the 2019 Industry Awards. Now in its fifth year, the annual Industry Awards is the only program of its kind to celebrate the companies, individuals and organizations that demonstrate outstanding achievement in support of financial advisor success.

Last year, a record number of nominations – more than 600 – were submitted. Nominations for the 2019 Industry Awards close mid-April and finalists will be announced on May 28. Winners will be recognized at a black-tie ceremony at the Ziegfeld Ballroom in New York City on September 12.

The Industry Awards program has been expanded this year to include more fintech awards categories, along with recognition for marketing and technology executives at asset management firms, B/Ds, custodians and technology providers. See all 2019 categories.

In addition, all firms who submit nominations will receive consideration to participate in the new WealthManagement.com Thrive Advisor Awards. In addition to an awards gala for several hundred of the fastest growing advisors, the event will start with a one-and-half-day of meetings that share growth stories, panels and thought leadership presented by genuine achievers. Top performing firms are invited to demo or exhibit, but will be limited to those that help advisors grow and can demonstrate how they do so. The Thrive Advisor Awards will take place October 2019.
