Company Release: Change in VMP Plc’s Management Team

Hannu Nyman (M.Sc (Econ) and M.Sc (Tech)) has been appointed as the new chief financial officer (CFO) and Member of the Management Team of VMP Plc. Hannu Nyman will start in this position in May 2019. Previously Hannu Nyman has worked as CFO of Efecte Plc.

Hannu Nyman will be responsible for financial administration, development of financial operations, investor relations and M&A processes of VMP. “We welcome Hannu warmly to VMP family, and strongly believe that his skills and experience in leading financial administration and handling investor relations will help VMP to grow and develop further.” says VMP’s CEO Juha Pesola.
