This funding came from PowerUp Lending Group, Ltd., and was successfully led by the current Arista Financial Corp. management team.
The Company expects to use the net proceeds for its general corporate purposes. The Agreement also grants PowerUp Lending Group, Ltd. the right to participate in future offerings of the Company’s securities.
