BOCA RATON, Fla., April 06, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Inspira Financial Inc. (“Inspira” or the “Company”) (TSXV:LND), is pleased to announce the appointment of Randy Berholtz, JD, MBA, to the board of directors of the Company.
Mr. Berholtz is the Senior Fund Advisor and Fund Counsel for Mesa Verde Venture Partners in San Diego, California, where he is also a Member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Berholtz has over 24 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities, private and public financing and venture capital. Additionally, for the last 14 years he has served as the general counsel for three public life science companies and served on the board of directors of several successful startup companies in the life sciences and health related fields, namely Nanogen, Inc., Apricus Biosciences, Inc., and Innovus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He will be replacing David Forstadt on the board, who is stepping down.
