BURLINGTON, Mass., April 08, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Veracode, a leading provider in application security testing (AST), today announced that Catherine Reid has joined the Veracode team as Chief Human Resources Officer to lead the development of the company’s human resources strategy and contribute to future growth through employee engagement programs, recruitment and technology.
Reid brings more than 15 years of experience in developing and executing talent management strategies and managing complex human resource operations in global organizations.
At Veracode, Reid will report to Chief Executive Officer Sam King and is responsible for guiding human resources best practices, partnering with leaders across the organization to foster collaborative relationships between global offices, and leading the effort to attract and retain highly qualified global talent.

Most recently, Reid was head of human resources for EBSCO Information Services and previously held HR leadership positions with Thomson Reuters in London, Boston and Washington, D.C. Previously, she was HR Manager for LM Ericsson in Dublin and worked as a Compensation and Benefits Consultant for Mercer. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College Dublin and a Master of Business from University College Dublin.
