Mountain America Credit Union Donates $56,000 to Huntsman Cancer Foundation


SANDY, Utah, April 11, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- As the 2018-19 Utah Jazz regular season comes to a close, Mountain America Credit Union presented Huntsman Cancer Foundation with a $56,000 check as part of the Mountain America 3-point shot donation.   

Mountain America donated $50 for every three-point basket made by the Utah Jazz with an additional $50 donation for every game-changing shot. During the 2018-19 season, the Utah Jazz made over 900 3-point shots. 

Mountain America’s leadership team presented the $56,000 check to David Huntsman, who represented the Huntsman family, during halftime of the April 9 Utah Jazz home game.

Over the past six years, Mountain America has donated over $350,000 to Huntsman Cancer Foundation.
