Settlement of purchase of all shares in GAMMA Capital Management hf.

Reference is made to previous notifications by Kvika banki hf. (Kvika) on the acquisition of all shares in GAMMA Capital Management hf. (GAMMA). As stated in a notification published on March 6^th 2019, Kvika acquired at that time 96.15% of all share capital of GAMMA. Delivery of the remaining shares, in total 3.85% of shares in GAMMA, will be tomorrow, on April 12^th 2019. Kvika will be the owner of all share capital of GAMMA from that day.
