MedTainer – Late Annual Report on Form 10-K

CORONA, Calif., April 18, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MedTainer, Inc. (MDTR-OTCMARKETS) announced today that it has not filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission on time, but expects to make this filing within the next few days. The reason for the delay is that the Company has not completed its annual audited financial statements because it has not finalized certain entries, none of which is material to the Company’s financial condition. The Company has not disagreed with its accountants on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure. Curt Fairbrother, President of the Company said, “We retained a new accounting firm for this year’s audit, which has involved a more-intense-than-usual examination by our auditors and has caused delay. We regret this situation, but it does not reflect any adverse event. We do not believe that our investors will be surprised by our results when the report is filed.”
