Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 8 August 2018, Ageas reports the purchase of 30,000 Ageas shares on Euronext Brussels in the period from 15-04-2019 until 19-04-2019.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 13 August 2018, Ageas has bought back 2,799,811 shares for a total amount of EUR 120,514,922. This corresponds to 1.38% of the total shares outstanding.
