Ola Holen has, in his capacity as chairman of the board of directors, has received proxies to vote for 184,068,222 shares in Hofseth BioCare ASA ("HBC"), corresponding to 62.43 % of the total outstanding shares and votes, at HBC's Annual General Meeting to be held 26 April 2019. The proxies received are only valid for the general meeting and will lapse thereafter.

Ola Holen, which will attend the meeting, privately and through his wholly owned company, own 1,465,253 shares in HBC and may together with the received proxies, vote for 185,792,697 shares, corresponding to 63.02 % of the votes.
