On 24 April 2019 AKVA group ASA ("AKVA group" or the "Company") purchased 1 106 of its own shares under the buyback program announced by the Company on 2 April 2019. The shares were purchased at an average price of NOK 67.80.
Following this transaction, the Company holds 47 499 of its own shares.
