Jetlines Announces Filing of Audited Annual Financial Statements


VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 30, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Canada Jetlines Ltd. (JET: TSX-V; JETMF: OTCQB) (the “Company” or “Jetlines”) announces that it has filed its annual audited financial statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2018, the accompanying management's discussion and analysis and the related CEO and CFO certifications. The documents are available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.

Jetlines also announces that it has granted 710,000 Restricted Share Units (“RSUs”) to certain officers and consultants. 50,000 of the RSUs vest on the one-year anniversary of the date of grant and the remaining 660,000 RSUs vest over a three-year period from the date of grant, with one third vesting at the end of each year during the three-year period.
