Steen Gede, who has been interim Chief Executive Officer of North Media Aviser A/S since 28 February 2019, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.

In connection with his employment as Chief Executive Officer of North Media Aviser A/S, Steen Gede will also become a member of the Executive Board of North Media A/S. Steen Gede will no longer be a member of the Boards of Directors of North Media A/S and its subsidiaries.
The Board of Directors of North Media A/S now consists of Mads Dahl Andersen, Chairman, Richard Bunck, Vice-Chairman, Peter Rasztar and Ulrik Holsted-Sandgreen.
