AVAILABILITY OF DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION FOR THE
ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING OF 3 JUNE 2019

Maisons du Monde (Euronext Paris: MDM, ISIN Code: FR0013153541), a European leader in affordable and inspirational decoration and furniture homeware, announces that its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting (Ordinary and Extraordinary Meeting) will take place on Monday, 3 June 2019 at 2.00 pm CEST at the Hôtel Pullman Paris Roissy CDG Airport – 3 bis rue de la Haye 93290 Tremblay-en-France – France.
The Notice of Meeting (French version only) has been published in France’s Official Legal Journal (“BALO”) on 29 April 2019 – n°51.
In accordance with the applicable regulations, the Notice of Annual General Meeting, which includes the agenda, the draft resolutions and information on how participate in and vote at the Meeting, are available for consultation from this day on Maisons du Monde’s website at corporate.maisonsdumonde.com, under the section “Finance”, “Shareholders”, “Documents for General Meeting”.
All the documents and information relating to the Annual General Meeting are available to shareholders at the Company’s head office at Le Portereau 44120 Vertou – France, in accordance with the applicable regulations, and for consultation on the Company’s website at corporate.maisonsdumonde.com, under the section “Finance”, “Shareholders”, “Documents for General Meeting”.
