A Wall Street veteran with over 25 years’ experience, Mr. Elenowitz co-founded the TriPoint Global Equities, a US broker dealer, and advises clients on compliance, capital structure and capital markets navigation. He was responsible for leading the first successful Reg A+ crowdfunding IPO of a company to list on the NYSE and has been instrumental in utilizing the JOBS Act to bring back the small-cap IPO to Wall Street. As president of Globex, Mr. Elenowitz led the implementation of Wall Street standards into software solutions that enable issuers to conduct compliant digital security offerings from issuance to secondary trading.
