ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Each of the six nominees proposed in the management proxy circular for the 2019 annual meeting of shareholders were elected as directors. A total of 92,434,400 common shares (“Common Shares”) of the Company, representing approximately 49.82 percent of Common Shares, were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting. APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR
KPMG LLP, Chartered Accountants, was reappointed to serve as auditor of the Company until the close of the next annual meeting of the shareholders at a remuneration to be fixed by the directors of the Company.
