RED BANK, N.J., May 15, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OceanFirst Financial Corp. (NASDAQ:OCFC), the holding company for OceanFirst Bank, today announced a webcast of the 2019 Annual Stockholder Meeting will be available for those who are unable to attend the event which will be held at 110 West Front Street in Red Bank, New Jersey at 6:00pm Eastern Time on Wednesday, May 29, 2019.  

The video webcast may be accessed via the Company’s website at www.oceanfirst.com – Investor Relations.  Webcast participants should connect 15 minutes prior to the 6:00pm Eastern Time start to register, download and install any necessary software.   A replay of the webcast will be available within 24-hours after the meeting concludes. The replay will be available for 90-days.
