Napor brings more than thirty years of telecom and high technology experience across a wide variety of senior leadership roles in strategy consulting, business development and finance. He will focus on the firms’ growth in assisting clients capture the significant opportunities emerging from the convergence of cloud, software-based services, cybersecurity, 5G and IoT.

Prior to joining JLA Advisors, Napor was Vice President and General Manager of inCode, Ericsson’s consulting arm for the North American market. Previously, Napor held several senior management, financial and strategy leadership roles in a series of technology-based entrepreneurial ventures. Napor also served as Corporate Strategy Vice President for AT&T and began his career at the Boston Consulting Group assisting major telecom and tech companies with strategy development.
