On 24 May 2019 AKVA group ASA ("AKVA group" or the "Company") purchased 4 580 of its own shares under the buyback program announced by the Company on 2 April 2019. The shares were purchased at an average price of NOK 73.00.
Following this transaction, the Company holds 87 247 of its own shares.
