Turret Oy Ab has agreed to acquire certain receivables of Digitalist Group Plc’s (“Digitalist Group” or “Company”) subsidiaries Digitalist Sweden AB, Grow AB and Grow Nine AB in an aggregate amount of approximately of EUR 1.3 million. The agreement was made on market terms.
Turret Oy Ab is the main owner of Tremoko Oy Ab, which is the main owner of Digitalist Group.
