On 24 May 2019, 3,400,000 shares were sold by the Bonafide Global Fish Fund and purchased by the Bonafide Investment Fund - Best Catches I.
IFM Independent Fund Management AG (“IFM”) acts as trustee for both funds, Bonafide Global Fish Fund and Bonafide Investment Fund - Best Catches I, thus there are no changes in voting rights or number of shares held by Bonafide.
The total shareholding in Hofseth BioCare ASA ("HBC") under management by IFM is unchanged at 21,086,060 shares, equal to 7.15 %. Bonafide total shareholdings is 73,697,907 shares, equal to approx. 25 % of the total outstanding shares and voting rights in HBC.
