On 5th June 2019 a new wording of the Articles of Association of the special closed-ended type real estate investment company INVL Baltic Real Estate (hereinafter may be referred as the Company) were registered in the Register of Legal Entities.
Shareholders of the Company approved the draft Articles of Association on 26th April 2019, during the Ordinary General Shareholders meeting. The Company informs that the Supervisory Authority of the Bank of Lithuania gave its authorization to change the Company's Articles of Association.
The Articles of Association of the Company have been amended in order to comply with the relevant provisions of the legal acts regulating the activities of the Company - the Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania and the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Collective Investment Undertakings.
