A consortium of Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company, and Mapri Ehitus OÜ entered into a contract with Reterra Estate OÜ for the design and construction of the first phase of Raadimõisa Kodu apartment houses located at Raadiraja 18 and 20, Tartu. The first phase is comprised of the construction of two buildings with total of 64 apartments. The total volume of Raadimõisa Kodu development will be eight apartment houses.
The value of the first phase is 3.92 million euros without VAT and it will be completed in April 2020.
