On June 4, 2019, the Company announced the consolidation of the YSS Shares on the basis of one (1) post‐consolidation YSS Share for each six (6) pre‐consolidation YSS Shares. All outstanding warrants of the Company have been consolidated on the same basis and the exercise prices of outstanding share purchase warrants adjusted accordingly.
