On 21 June 2019 AKVA group ASA ("AKVA group" or the "Company") purchased 7 862 of its own shares under the buyback program announced by the Company on 2 April 2019. The shares were purchased at an average price of NOK 79.49.
Following this transaction, the Company holds 179 091 of its own shares.
