Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this notice on behalf of Woodford Investment Management Ltd ("Woodford"), acting as agent for and on behalf of funds under its management.

Following a sale of shares in Thin Film Electronics ASA, Woodford has reduced its combined holding from 322,143,970 to 272,344,137 shares, which represents 23.24 percent of the issued share capital and votes in ThinFilm.
