ASKER, NORWAY (1 August 2019) - Sven Børre Larsen, CFO in TGS, has today through Saturnia Invest AS purchased 1,400 shares in TGS at a price of NOK 217.0 per share. Following the transaction, Mr. Larsen owns 7,000 shares in TGS. In addition, Mr. Larsen holds 96,000 freestanding warrants related to PSUs.
