Reference is made to the completed Private Placement announced 29 July 2019. The share capital increase related to the Private Placement has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital has been increased with NOK 29,483,682 through issuance of 29,483,682 new shares.
The new share capital is thus NOK 324,320,511 divided by 324,320,511 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.
The participants in the Private Placement are private and institutional investors, mainly from the US, UK and Europe.
