VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Aug. 20, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Further to the Notice of Meeting and the accompanying materials mailed to shareholders of 0944460 B.C. Ltd. (the “Company”) in respect of the Company’s shareholder meeting scheduled to take place on September 12, 2019, due to an administrative oversight, the fairness opinion of Evans & Evans, Inc. (the “Fairness Opinion”) referred to in the Company’s Information Circular that accompanied the Notice of Meeting was inadvertently omitted from the mailing. A copy of the Fairness Opinion will be filed under the Company’s SEDAR profile and will also be separately mailed to shareholders.
