Kevin Barber, CEO and primary insider in Thinfilm, today received 15,664,508 subscription rights ("SRs") under Thinfilm's 2019 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan.

As announced on 19 November 2018, Kevin Barber, the Company’s CEO, received 15,000,000 conditional subscription rights in Thinfilm. It has been agreed that 7,500,000 of such subscription rights shall terminate, in return for the conditions being removed on the remaining 7,500,000 subscription rights.  Following these transactions, Kevin Barber and close associates hold or control 46,601,940 SRs in Thinfilm.

Mallorie Burak, CFO and primary insider in Thinfilm, today received 4,410,492 subscription rights ("SRs") under Thinfilm's 2019 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan.

Following the transaction, Mallorie Burak and close associates hold or control 13,770,492 SRs in Thinfilm.

Arvind Kamath, EVP, Technology Development and primary insider in Thinfilm, today received 6,475,000 subscription rights ("SRs") under Thinfilm's 2019 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan.

Following the transaction, Arvind Kamath and close associates hold or control 7,525,000 SRs in Thinfilm.

Giampaolo Marino, EVP, Hardware Solutions and primary insider in Thinfilm, today received 4,000,000 subscription rights ("SRs") under Thinfilm's 2019 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan.

Following the transaction, Giampaolo Marino and close associates hold or control 6,000,000 SRs in Thinfilm.

Aditi Chandra, VP, Technology Development and primary insider in Thinfilm, today received 2,705,000 subscription rights ("SRs") under Thinfilm's 2019 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan.

Following the transaction, Aditi Chandra and close associates hold or control 3,295,000 SRs in Thinfilm.

Vivian Lam, HR and Executive Assistant and primary insider in Thinfilm, today received 335,000 subscription rights ("SRs") under Thinfilm's 2019 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan.

Following the transaction, Vivian Lam and close associates hold or control 365,000 SRs in Thinfilm.

The vesting schedule for the SRs for the existing employees is 1/12 of the subscription rights will vest and become exercisable every three months on each January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15, so that each Option is fully vested approximately three years after the Grant Date with the Vesting Commencement Date of 15, July 2019.

The vesting schedule for the SRs for the new employees 1/3 of the subscription rights will vest on the first anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date and 1/8 of the remaining Options will vest and become exercisable every three months thereafter on each January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15, so that each Option is fully vested approximately three years after the Grant Date.

The subscription rights expire on 28 May 2024.
