Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this notice on behalf of Woodford
Investment Management Ltd ("Woodford"), acting as agent for and on behalf of
funds under its management.

Following the sale of shares in Thin Film Electronics ASA (ThinFilm), Woodford Investment Management has reduced it’s a combined holding from 158,584,696 to 115,502,000 shares, which represents 9.86% of the issued share capital and votes in ThinFilm.
