In regard to the previously announced plans to change the trademarks, on the 27th of August, 2019, the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders has decided to amend the Articles of Association of Lietuvos Energijos Gamyba, AB by changing therein the legal name to AB Ignitis Gamyba.
The Company hereby notifies that on the 6th of September, 2019, amendment to the Articles of Association were registered in Register of Legal Entities and entered into force. From this day on, the name of the Company is AB Ignitis Gamyba.
