As has been previously announced, with regard to the plans to change the trademarks, on the 5th of August, 2019 the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, which is the body implementing the rights of the shareholder of the Company has decided to amend the Articles of Association of Lietuvos Energija, UAB by changing therein the legal name to UAB Ignitis grupė.
The Company hereby notifies that on the 6th of September amendment to the Articles of Association were registered in Register of Legal Entities and entered into force. From this day the name of the Company is UAB Ignitis grupė.
