With reference to the Company’s company announcement 15 regarding notice to convene to an extraordinary general meeting to be held Monday 9 September 2019, the shareholders of the Company adopted the Board of Directors’ proposal of a distribution of extraordinary dividend in the amount of EUR 7,400,000.00.
