SeaBird Exploration: resignation of board member

Board member Heidar Engebret has given notice to SeaBird Exploration PLC of his resignation as a member of the board of directors of SeaBird. The company extends its gratitude to Mr Engebret for his services on the board of directors.

The nomination committee has informed the company that they recommend that Mr Engebret be replaced with Mr Ståle Rodahl. On said basis, the board intends to call for an extraordinary general meeting in the near future to propose that Mr Rodahl be elected as a board member. Mr Rodahl will act as an observer to the board of directors until the EGM election.
