On September 11, 2019, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted the following resolutions:
- Approve the interim Report of the Company for the six months period which ended on June 30, 2019, and submit this opinion to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company which will be held on 27 September 2019.
- Approve the set of interim Financial Statements of the Company for the six months period which ended on June 30, 2019, audited by ERNST & YOUNG BALTIC UAB, and submit this opinion to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company which will be held on 27 September 2019.
- Approve the draft resolution for the allocation of dividends for the period shorter than the financial year: in accordance with Article 601 Item 5 of the Company Law of the Republic of Lithuania, to allocate dividends to the shareholders of the Company in the amount of 0,029 EUR per Company’s share for the six - months period which ended on June 30, 2019 and submit this opinion to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company which will be held on 27 September 2019.
