Paris, 11th of September 2019, 06:00 pm - Groupe Partouche, one of the European gaming leaders, published its consolidated turnover for the 3rd quarter 2019 (May to July 2019).

3rd quarter sustained activity

During the 3rd quarter 2019, the Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) totaled € 164.6 M (+4.3 %).

The GGR in France was up by € 7.0 M reaching € 138.1 M (+ 5,4 %) driven by an increased attendance. The slots and table games GGR both show a satisfactory increase, respectively + 4.6 % (at € 114.4 M) and + 9.4 % (at € 23.7 M). The GGR pertaining to the electronic traditional games continues its upward trend with a sharp rise of + 33.6 %. GGR slightly decreased outside France by 0.9 % at € 26.5 M under the influence of a decline in the GGR of brick and mortar casinos (- 4.0 %) and a slowdown in the growth of online games and sports betting in Belgium (+ 7.3 %).

The Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) increased by + 4.0 % at € 77.5 M (i.e.+ € 3.0 M).

Globally, the turnover of the 3rd quarter totalled € 104.9 M, up by + 5.0 %.

Aggregate turnover at the end of July up by +5.0 % at € 326.8 M

At the end of July, the aggregate turnover over 9 months reached € 326.8 M, up by + 5.0 % with a growth in the Net Gaming Revenue of + 4.8 % at € 256.8 M

Terms of office of the members of the Executive Board

The Supervisory Board meeting held on the 10th of September 2019, renewed the terms of office of the members of the Executive Board for a period of six years, i.e. until the 30th of October 2025, and entrusted the Chairmanship of the latter to Mr. Fabrice PAIRE.

4- Glossary

The "Gross Gaming Revenue" corresponds to the sum of the various operated games, after deduction of the payment of the winnings to the players. This amount is debited of the "levies" (i.e. tax to the State, the city halls, CSG, CRDS).The «Gross Gaming Revenue» after deduction of the levies, becomes the "Net Gaming Revenue ", a component of the turnover.
