Landsbankinn hf.: Covered bond offering results


Today, Landsbankinn concluded a covered bond auction where four series were offered for sale.

In total, 20 bids were received in the auction for the total amount of ISK 3,480m.

A total of 2 bids for ISK 140m were received in the series LBANK CB 21 at 4.42%-4.43% yield. No bids were accepted in the series.

A total of 2 bids for ISK 420m were received in the series LBANK CB 23 at 4.45% yield. Both bids were accepted at 4.45%. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued in the series will be ISK 14,300m.

A total of 8 bids for ISK 1,300m were received in the series LBANK CBI 24 at 1.73%-1.79% yield. Bids in the amount of ISK 1,100m were accepted in the series at 1.78% yield. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued in the series will be ISK 39,080m.

A total of 8 bids for ISK 1,620m were received in the series LBANK CBI 28 at 1.70%-1.72% yield. Valid bids amounted to 1.520m which were all accepted in the series at 1.72% yield. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued in the series will be ISK 44,980m.

The bonds are scheduled to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Iceland on 17 September 2019. Arion banki, Islandsbanki and Kvika act as market makers for covered bonds issued by Landsbankinn.
