Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this notice on behalf of Woodford Investment Management Ltd ("Woodford"), acting as agent for and on behalf of funds under its management.

Following today’s trading, Woodford Investment Management Limited has crossed the 5% threshold, having sold all of its shares in Thin Film Electronics ASA.  The firm no longer has any holding in the company.
