Islandsbanki hf.: Concludes covered bond offering


Íslandsbanki hf. has today concluded an offering of covered bonds.

Total demand amounted to ISK 2,260m.

The non-index linked issue ISLA CB 21 was sold for an amount of ISK 120m at a yield of 4.36%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 220m ranging from 4.34% - 4.40%. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued will be ISK 4,780m.

The CPI-linked issue ISLA CBI 28 was sold for an amount of ISK 380m at a yield of 1.74%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 2,040m ranging from 1.70% - 1.80%. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued will be ISK 15,420m.

Trading is expected to commence on 19 September 2019 on Nasdaq Iceland.
