Reference is made to announcement of 10 September 2019 concerning the resignation of a director and a call for an extraordinary general meeting to supplement the board of directors. The directors of SeaBird Exploration Plc hereby give notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the shareholders to be held on the 27th of September 2019 at 11.00 (local time) at Diagoras House 7th Floor, 16 Pantelis Catelaris Street, CY 1097 Nicosia, Cyprus.

The EGM notice contains proposed changes to the board of directors following the resignation of Mr. Heidar Engebret. The agenda, recommendations by the Nomination Committee and proxy form are distributed to the shareholders, attached hereto and are listed on the company's web-page: www.sbexp.com.
