FLAGGING NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT
NoHo Partners Plc (Business ID 1952494-7) has on 20 September 2019 received a flagging notification under Section 9(5) of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the shareholding of Mikko Aartio, PIMU Capital Oy fully owned by him and Eiramax Oy in which he is a partner of NoHo Partners Plc's share capital and votes has decreased to 13.18 per cent on 19 September 2019.
Mikko Aartio owns 100 per cent of PIMU Capital Oy and 70 per cent of Eiramax Oy.
