The 78-room skilled nursing facility is comprised of 26,848 square feet on a 1.73-acre lot, with 73 open parking spaces. The property was recently appraised for $6,500,000, giving the Wilshire Quinn Income Fund a total loan-to-value ratio of 44 percent on the transaction.
