Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm" or the "Company") on 24 October 2019, regarding the share issue in connection with the reverse share split in the Company.

The share capital increase related to the issuance has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase, Thinfilm's registered share capital is NOK 128,905,878.20 divided into 1,171,871,620 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
