Order for a research MBE machine in Germany

Bezons, November 14, 2019 - 8:00am - RIBER, a global market leader for semiconductor industry equipment, is announcing an order for a research MBE machine in Germany.

The University of Bremen has ordered a Compact 21 research machine to prepare and analyze hybrid nanostructures.

This machine is intended to produce nanophotonic components.

This order will be delivered by RIBER in 2020.
